In this new role Rachel will be responsible for:

Production of project plans and driving forward with project progress.
Personal work on specific projects and initiatives.
Handling funding applications for projects.
Leadership and Management of the development team.
Support and equipping of regional development initiatives.

Specific initiatives to be adopted by the Development Director will include:

Development of GB programmes.
Seek, Serve, Follow – discipleship for GB leaders.
GB@Firm Foundations and Northern saints (GB/BB partnerships).
Bridge – GB and church in mission together.
Esther Generation Network – mentoring and empowerment for 20’s in GB.
